Shipping policy
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING FEE
Orders placed on grs.club are processed and shipped Monday–Friday within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.
*Note: Please note that shipping times may be extended for custom-made items (such as pre-order collections) or during peak order periods. Additionally, deliveries may experience delays due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, or remote locations.
*If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order products, we will ship the in-stock items first using the shipping fee paid at checkout. Pre-Order items will be shipped separately once available, and the shipping cost for the pre-order items will be collected upon delivery.
Shipping Fees & Additional Charges
Hong Kong Orders: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the items and will be automatically displayed at checkout.
International Orders: Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country/region and item weight, and will be automatically displayed at checkout.
Customs Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped outside of Hong Kong, customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes may apply in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country/region. All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Modifying Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team within one business day of placing your order and provide your order number.

Courier & Pickup
All orders are shipped exclusively via SF Express.
We currently do not offer in-store pickup services.
