Time to gather and savor the moonlight 

As the festival of the full moon approaches, GRS, in collaboration with the local bakery brand "望月 Patisserie La Lune," launches a Mid-Autumn Festival limited edition collaboration. This partnership combines both parties' dedication to craftsmanship and culture, using design and flavor as mediums to showcase the sentiments unique to Hong Kong. From traditional mooncakes to the interpretation of Kowloon totems, the collaborative set represents a dialogue between the two cultures.

望月 Patisserie La Lune continues its respect for traditional flavors by selecting two classic fillings for the collaborative mooncakes: white lotus seed paste with egg yolk and aged tangerine peel red bean. The white lotus seed mooncake with egg yolk features the savory egg yolk paired with the sweet and smooth white lotus seed paste, reflecting the taste memories of Hong Kong people. The red bean mooncake with tangerine peel, with its traditional aromatic tangerine peel paired with the sweet red bean, represents the continuation of culture, and both mooncakes are made locally in Hong Kong.

At the same time, GRS interprets the idea of completeness associated with the Mid-Autumn Festival through product design language. The "Kowloon" embroidered cap, crafted from light gold Rayon fiber, features the "Kowloon" on the front, showcasing the brand's local core concept, while the back presents an embroidered depiction of the moon's journey.

The set is complemented by the classic GRS dragon and tiger pattern bandana, which presents a bento-style packaging that elegantly conveys the poetic essence of the full moon festival. The GRS X 望月Patisserie La Lune Mid-Autumn set will include the collaborative "Kowloon" embroidered cap, GRS dragon tiger bandana, and an assortment of traditional mooncakes from 望月Patisserie La Lune (a total of 8 pieces).
